Our 90 Day Action Planning is a growth and scaling program for focusing on and gaining confidence to achieve your business goals. The dual-purpose coaching and educational approach advance your business acumen with the principles of business leadership needed for the next level. At the same time, you will develop and work on an action plan for growth.
Our weekly coaching sessions offer you courage, confidence, clarity, and camaraderie as we embrace curiosity to help you evaluate your business. In these sessions, we will work through your strategic action plan in bite-sized pieces.
Our accompaniment resources enhance your business acumen and vision by covering topics tailored to your business. This may include marketing, operations, strategic planning, leadership, finance, technology, project planning, product development, accounting, networking, customer experience, or sales.
Options are also available to upgrade for ongoing access to resources, coaching, consulting, or annual strategic planning.

Monthly Action Plan Check-In
Our Monthly Action Plan Check-In Series is a series of recurring coaching sessions great for individuals who already have their action plan in place and want frequent conversations about growth and scale. With up to two sessions per month, these sessions are designed to keep you focused on your plan and moving forward. In each session, we align where you are with where you want to be. We will also address any obstacles and celebrate achievements all while keeping you focused on your next step.
Quarterly Check-In
Our Quarterly Check-in is a collection of rapid-fire conversations (two or three within one to two weeks) designed for you to share progress, reconnect to your plan, and make tweaks for moving forward. You don't have to do business alone. With a quarterly check-in, you will have someone on your side to help remove obstacles and celebrate what’s going well keeping you motivated.

In a Strategic Conversation, we will talk through an issue you face and how to efficiently resolve the matter. This conversation is also helpful for those seeking a quick annual check-in to discuss progress and new opportunities.
Product Design Series
When product or service development is part of your action plan, but you need a thought partner to work through the details, sign up for our Product Design Series. These sessions will be tailored to your needs depending on where you are in the product development cycle. In some cases, we will start from scratch with concept definition. Then we will move on to product design, product development, the testing plan, the launch and monitoring plan. We will also think through the best way to bring the new product into the operations of your existing business.
Project | Program Planning
In our Project | Program Planning Intensive, we will focus on a specific deliverable and plan out the steps to fulfill it. For high-level concepts, you will walk away with a detailed plan showing the work-streams required to fulfill your project and the starting blocks needed to inform project plans. For projects ready for project management, we will make a comprehensive list that is 60-80% of the tasks you will need to achieve your goal. This planning session will provide you with clarity that empowers you to take your project over the finish line.
Transformation Initiatives
For the times when you feel stirred to make a change in your business or ministry but are unsure of the steps to take, our Strategic Planning for Transformation thought partnership program helps you strategically direct business or ministry transformation initiatives.
In this program, together we will walk through the transformation process with a series of ongoing conversations and planning sessions that will last 6-18 months (or longer if needed). The deliverables will be adjust along the way as we pass through different phases of the planning and execution cycle. Our phases are Imagining, Concept Defining, Program Planning, Project Execution, and Launch and Refinement.
Here's a high-level outline of the phases:
Phase I - Imagining
This series of strategic conversations is for the times when you sense a call to something more or different, or your vision lacks clarity. In this phase, we unpack your vision and the obstacles to achieving your God-given dreams. The key deliverable for this phase is finding peace with the direction you should take and capturing that vision to share with others.
Phase 2 - Concept Defining
Refine your vision and ideas into business requirements and early sketches that you can use for the program planning and project execution phase.
Phase 3 and 4 - Program Planning and Project Execution
Depending on the scope of your dream, you may need to undertake one or multiple projects to achieve your goals. In this phase, we help you and your team plan them out in accordance with your vision, and we guide you through the design, build, testing, learning, operationalizing, and launch stages of the project.
Phase 5 – Launch and Refinement
At this stage, we help you refine how the implemented program aligns with the scope of your existing business and ministry. We also help you and your team plan for the ongoing lifecycle management of changes, ensuring your growth is sustainable and long-lasting.
